Nourishing the body with healthy food is one of the many things that passionate me. I value the importance of cooking with fresh, local, seasonal, sustainable and organic ingredients, while eating meals that are nourishing and comforting, and that make us feel vibrant and energized. I don’t believe in diets but in finding what feels right for us by listening to our body’s needs and messages, and by being open to learn, adapt and change. Everything is constantly changing in life so it’s normal that our diet changes with time too. There is no right or wrong.
